We collect only data necessary for recruitment and legal Dutch employment mediation: full name, contact details (phone, email), gender, CV/work experience, driver's license status, and verification of EU citizenship. Upon placement, Dutch statutory identification and BSN numbers are processed.

Personal data is processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering an employment contract), Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (compliance with Dutch statutory labor, tax, and social security obligations), and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (candidate's explicit consent).
4. Data Storage & Security Standards
Data is securely hosted within European Union data centers utilizing industry-standard TLS encryption, strict access privileges, and firewalls. Application files are retained for the duration of the recruitment process and up to 12 months for future job matches.
5. Candidate Rights Under GDPR
You maintain full rights to access your data, request rectification, demand erasure ('right to be forgotten'), restrict processing, and request data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
6. Third-Party Sharing & Commercial Use
Your personal information is shared strictly with verified Dutch greenhouse/logistics employers for recruitment evaluation and with Dutch government authorities as mandated by law. We never sell, rent, or commercialize candidate data to any third parties.
